(1) Vendor needs to provide web accessibility and ADA compliance services using content management system.– Provide expert guidance, remediation support, and potential training to agency web accessibility team to ensure all digital content and systems.– Complete a comprehensive inventory of all major web properties e.g., websites, web applications, mobile apps, social media platforms.– The website’s content management system (CMS), mobile apps and social media accounts for purposes of publishing web content on behalf of the agency.– Identify technical and content managers for each web property.– Perform accessibility testing of agency websites and digital documents to evaluate compliance against agency.– Assessment of web properties.– Proposed web property compliance remediation plan and implementation.– Development and ongoing maintenance.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
