The organization is seeking a vendor to provide fabrication and installation services for wayfinding signage. All paints, inks, resins, and related materials utilized in this project must be compatible with other fabrication materials and must be guaranteed against causing discolouration, deterioration, or delamination over time. Permanent labeling such as trademarks and nameplates are prohibited in prominent locations unless necessary for operating instructions or when situated in mechanical or electrical rooms.

The sign system must be engineered to avoid any buckling, failures, distortions, or damage under stress, and should be rigid, minimizing deflection and rotation. It should withstand movement, shear, and torsional loads. Additionally, finished letterforms and graphics are required to be visually precise, with clean, crisp edges free of imperfections such as ticks, surface pinholes, or bleeding, and must adhere to prescribed letterform proportions.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than April 13, 2026. The contract period for the awarded vendor will be one year.
