(1) Vendor needs to provide watershed analysis and design services to the government authority located in St. Lucie, FL.– This electronic Request for Qualification has been developed to solicit responses from consulting firms proven to be qualified and experienced in design, construction planning, permitting, and grant writing services– The project is anticipated to at a minimum include stormwater management ponds, piped interconnections between sub basins, re–grading select canals, a pump station, backflow prevention devices at outfalls into the C–24 canal, raising low sections of roadway near the intersection.– The scope shall generally include the following elements, and will be refined in a project scoping meeting prior to commencement of the project:• Preliminary Survey to assist with the development of the Stormwater and Drainage Analysis• Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) Modelling and Stormwater and Drainage Analysis Report including Pollutant Load Reduction Modelling• Conceptual Plan showing proposed improvements based on the findings of the Stormwater and Drainage Analysis Report• Environmental Report• Subsurface Soils Exploration and Geotechnical Evaluation• Design Survey• Construction Plan Preparation Including Structural Plans for Pump House• Project Permitting(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
