(1) Vendor needs to provide water reuse feasibility study engineering services to the government authority located in Derby, KS. – Provide a feasibility study and pilot concept for wastewater reuse for the agency. – The study is to assess the existing conditions and provide recommendations for direct potable reuse of the agency’s effluent stream from the wastewater treatment plant. – Data collection and evaluation: including all water quality sampling and analysis necessary to develop 30% plans for a pilot. – Evaluate anticipated raw and finished water quality data and design documents. – Collect system mapping including raw and finished pipelines, reservoirs and storage with size, pressure, and locations. – Identify treatment technologies and waste stream disposal needs. – Develop two pumping and conveyance alternatives. – Prepare draft Technical Memorandums (TMs) summarizing each alternative. – Provide conceptual pilot recommendation for preferred alternative. – Prepare TM summarizing pilot approach, OPCC, operational/testing needs. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
