The City of Buena Park, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide evaluation services for its water facilities SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system. The selected company will conduct field visits alongside city staff to review various city water and stormwater facilities, including eight groundwater production wells, one storage reservoir, one booster pump station, four MWD connections for imported water, and three emergency interconnections.
The project involves preparing a comprehensive assessment of the existing SCADA system setup and operation at each facility. This will include creating an inventory of installed hardware and software, evaluating current configuration and operational practices, and performing a condition assessment of field instruments.
Additionally, the vendor will prepare detailed cost estimates for the design and construction of proposed recommendations resulting from the assessment for each facility.
