King County is soliciting proposals from highly qualified leadership consultants with extensive experience in the wastewater sector to provide leadership development, team development, strategic planning, and coaching services for the Wastewater Treatment Division leadership team. The engagement aims to strengthen leadership capacity, improve team effectiveness, and support strategic alignment. The initial contract term is five years.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have extensive background and experience in the wastewater sector
  • Must be registered in the E-Procurement Supplier Portal
  • Must provide at least two examples and/or project narratives for similar work
  • Must have insurance coverage as specified in Section 3.4
  • Must comply with King County Ordinance 19925 for contracts valued at $100,000 or more
  • Must comply with King County Ordinance 14823 regarding equal benefits for domestic partners for contracts valued at $25,000 or more
