DESCRIPTION

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a contractor to provide design, printing, processing, imaging, and mailing services for decal stickers and cab cards used for identification on trucks, truck-tractors, and waste trailers as required by the Waste Transportation Safety Act. The contract includes receiving daily electronic data files from the DEP, printing and variable imaging of decals and cab cards, and mailing packets. The initial contract term is one year with four optional one-year renewals.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have capability to perform data processing, lithographic printing, variable imaging, and mail shop services within the same production facility
  • Must provide current USPS Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) Certification
  • Must own or lease sufficient equipment to perform the work
  • Must maintain a security system protecting the production facility from theft and unauthorized access
  • Must maintain documented business continuity and disaster recovery procedures, including at least one alternate production facility
  • Must be able to receive and exchange electronic data files daily via secure SFTP
  • Must provide three samples of similar work completed within the past five years
  • Must provide a detailed implementation plan and project schedule
  • Must provide documentation of previous experience providing similar printing and mailing services
