The government authority in Phoenix, Arizona seeks a vendor to provide warehouse, receiving, repacking, and distribution services for personal protective equipment (PPE), public health-related supplies, and the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) collection of life-saving pharmaceuticals and equipment. In situations such as declared emergencies, public health incidents, or supply chain shortages, the vendor will be responsible for receiving, storing, repackaging, and shipping these essential supplies to support impacted jurisdictions.

Services must include storage options (both non-air-conditioned and temperature-controlled), receiving, inventory management, distribution, and disposal. The vendor must also be capable of offering surge capacity, providing up to 50,000 square feet of contiguous or easily accessible space within thirty-six (36) hours' notice, or as specified by the State.
