(1) Vendor needs to provide warehouse architectural selection service to the government authority located in Lexington, KY. – The warehouse will be approximately 6,000 SF and will include secured (partitioned) storage areas and offices. – Technology and security requirements will be determined during design. – Warehouse location will be dependent upon access and adjacency requirements to the new Medical Facility as well as other areas of the campus. – The consultant team shall include, at a minimum, the following professional design Disciplines/Expertise: Architect, Structural Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Landscape Architect.
