An Illinois agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide W2 and 1095-C production, printing, and electronic filing services for approximately 60,000 current and former employees. The selected vendor will manage the full scope of annual tax form production, including printing original paper W2 forms and ensuring accurate distribution to all relevant recipients.

The vendor’s solution must offer robust integration capabilities, supporting real-time and batch data transfers via APIs or file transfers, and must feature native connections with PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion systems. All data handling should adhere to stringent security protocols for data in transit and at rest, with effective error handling and notification procedures in place. Data mapping, transformation, and management are also required.

Additionally, the vendor will assist Oracle Fusion users in extracting and submitting electronic 1095-C and 941X forms, as well as producing and filing these documents as needed, including electronic submission to the IRS. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year.
