(1) Vendor needs to provide W2 production and print services.– Production and print services for agency in order to distribute required annual tax forms for all current and former employees employed during the current calendar year.– Services will include printing of original paper W2 forms and should be based upon the entire population of approximately 60,000 employees.– Solution integrate (APIs, file transfers, etc.)– System have native connections and integrations available for PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion. – data formats are supported and data flow managed (real–time, batch).– Security protocols in place for data and files in transit and at rest.– Handle data mapping and transformations.– Error handling and notification approaches.– Provide services for Oracle Fusion users to extract the necessary data and electronically submit 1095–C data for you to produce 1095–C forms.– Electronically file 1095–C forms on behalf of the employer.– Require the 1095Cs in print format or data file.– Provide services for Oracle Fusion users to extract the necessary data and electronically submit federal form 941X amended return.– System integrate with Oracle Fusion and the IRS in order to file federal form 941.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
