The government authority in Ohio is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive voting systems. The selected system must have demonstrated implementation in multiple jurisdictions and suppliers should provide a detailed synopsis, listing previous customers and any known anomalies experienced with the system’s use. The system must enable technical support for multiple counties simultaneously, as well as other jurisdictions utilizing the product.
The voting system must be complete, encompassing all necessary hardware, firmware, software, peripherals, and all required consumer off–the–shelf products. It should be capable of programming elections, collecting votes, and providing accurate tallies. ADA–compliant, accessible voting machines are required. Additionally, the system must integrate seamlessly with the agency’s election night reporting system and be compatible with certified electronic poll books used in official elections. Vendors will respond to questions by March 30, 2026, and participate in a pre–bid meeting on March 25, 2026.

• Established provider of certified voting systems
• Experience delivering ADA-compliant election technology
