(1) Vendor needs to provide volunteer management system (VMS).– Software–as–a–service (SaaS) application as a volunteer management system (VMS) to manage its countywide volunteer program.– Provide a fully managed SaaS platform and respond to outages, maintenance needs, and service tickets.– Provide an email address and phone number for System Administrators to request technical support.– VMS shall include functions to identify, merge, and remove duplicate volunteer profiles through rules–based automation.– The VMS shall have the capacity to integrate into the DPR website to provide information on upcoming volunteer opportunities and links into the VMS.– Provide a report showing open and filled work slots by shift, by event, by leader and section, location or other event data.– Provide initial setup and implementation services to onboard the software solution for readiness and operational use.– Provide duplicate profile detection and merge tools.– Provide reports of audit logs and system workflows.– Volunteer credentials to be managed on the solution.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
