The State of Utah is seeking a cloud-based volunteer management software solution to enhance and streamline the city's volunteer operations over a five-year contract period. The primary objective is to improve the processes involved in recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, communication, and reporting of volunteers across the city.

The desired software must include core functionality such as volunteer registration and profile management, opportunity management, scheduling and communication tools, check-in/check-out and time tracking, reporting and analytics, as well as user roles and permissions. Mobile accessibility is essential. Additional features of interest include integrated digital waivers, efficient tracking of volunteer hours and participation per event, remote-access check-in solutions, robust collection of volunteer contact details, event location tagging via GPS, automated text reminders or announcements with event details, and customizable reminder emails with document attachments.
