Texas seeks a vendor for a digital platform to administer voluntary supplemental insurance and benefits, including enrollment, administration, and support services.
(1) Vendor needs to provide voluntary supplemental insurance and benefits administration platform portal to the government authority located in Texas.– Voluntary supplemental insurance products and other benefit options while delivering an integrated digital platform for benefits enrollment, administration, and ongoing management.– Provide a multitude of services for open enrollment support, client/member administration, case management, member advocate services.– System Architecture and Technical Requirements: The benefits administration portal shall deliver enterprise level Functionality.– Responsive web design compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.– Single sign–on integration with Harris County existing authentication systems.– Multi–language interface supporting English and Spanish at minimum.– Provide information technology capabilities including member website capabilities, data and management reporting, integration / expandability to include products.– Provide multitude of services for enrollment support, participation in various events as well as year–round and comprehensive communication strategy, custom materials, webinars and other educational tools to assist participants choose and maximize their benefits elections.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 07, 2025.
