(1) Vendor needs to provide VoIP telephone system. Include the replacement of the current telephone system by migrating to a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) phone system. This shall include approximately 400 VoIP telephones, 400 10’ Cat6 patch cables, enterprise license for VM VoIP software. Siemens PBX telephone system to needed VoIP components, virtual machines and new equipment to the latest software version. Mobility and remote work support for mobile devices, smartphone apps, and remote work capabilities are a plus. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal site visits will be held on February 23, 2026.
