(1) Vendor needs to provide VoIP phone system replacement services. – VoIP phone system to replace the existing end–of–life, end–of–support VoIP system. – An experienced firm to provide a turnkey 3CX solution for a VoIP system to replace all existing Mitel equipment. – Providing users with integrated, uniform functionality for all telephone stations across the City. – Improving work efficiency by offering unified communications to end–users. – Investing in a communications system that is scalable to grow with the City.
