The solution must include a robust and centralized management platform that offers district-wide administrative control, enabling IT staff to manage system configuration, user provisioning (with bulk capabilities), call routing, analytics, reporting, licensing, and customizations across all sites.

Required features include ring groups, support for both district and school-level directories, customizable caller ID masking, call blocking, call recording, and effective spam call detection and mitigation. The system should also provide text-to-voice IVR capabilities for customizable menus, voicemail transcription, as well as voicemail-to-email delivery.

The vendor must also supply a fully functional mobile application for Android and iOS that enables users to make and receive calls, forward calls, and access essential features on the go. Vendors are required to address all questions relating to the RFP by March 30, 2026.
