(1) Vendor needs to provide voice over internet protocol support services.– Agency requires VOIP support services to assist in the configuration of a CISCO VOIP solution for the Agency headquarters and detachment sites, provide expert guidance in configuration, network architecture, and implementation plan, assist with the deployment, and provide sustainment including routine maintenance and troubleshoot errors/defects.– The Contractor shall provide provisioning and configuration of all VOIP devices, including phones, headsets, and other equipment used for the VOIP configuration.– Contractor shall provide recommended solutions to address the unique network and integration challenges that were not addressed in the configuration and planning phase.– The Contractor shall perform configuration of the network to ensure it is optimized for VOIP traffic.– The Contractor shall provide security and compliance, including implementation of robust security measures to protect the VOIP system from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and compliance with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A Site Visit will be held on December 02, 2025.
