The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking qualified vendors to provide voice and data communication cabling services for government facilities. The selected vendor will deliver as-needed telecommunication cabling, including the installation, testing, and certification of low voltage cabling systems for indoor communications. Required systems include voice (telephone), data (network ethernet), access control and security, as well as wireless access points.
All installed cables must be labeled at both ends using machine-printed, durable labels and installed in a neat, professional manner. Vendors must ensure 100% of the installed cabling is tested with a Level III or better field tester to guarantee performance and compliance. The resulting contract will be for a period of three years.
