The State of Vermont is seeking a vendor to provide a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support its Vocational Rehabilitation and Independent Living programs. The desired system must be capable of thoroughly documenting all phases, activities, services, and outcomes for participants in both programs. Compliance with federal data reporting requirements is a key component of the system specifications.
The CRM solution is required to support a range of devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as all major web browsers such as Microsoft Edge Chromium, Mobile Safari, Chrome, and Firefox (including the most recent and previous two versions with 128-bit encryption). Public-facing content must be optimized for both desktop and mobile layouts. The vendor’s solution should be compatible with client configurations running at least Windows 11 and must operate within environments supported by Salesforce.
The contract is anticipated to cover a seven-year period. Interested vendors must ensure their system meets all stated accessibility, compatibility, and compliance standards relevant to Vermont's programs and federal requirements.
