(1) Vendor needs to provide vocational rehabilitation customer relationship management system.– System must be capable of documenting all phases, activities, services, and outcomes of cases with Vocational Rehabilitation Program (and potentially eligible) participants (VR), and Independent Living Program participants (IL), and must fully comply with federal data reporting requirements– Supported desktop, laptop, mobile versions, browser versions, and operating system requirements for 3rd party solutions.– Public facing content must have form factors and layouts for desktop and mobile.– Solution vendor must provide for an application that at a minimum should support client configuration for running Windows 11.– Web browsers including Microsoft Edge Chromium, Mobile Safari, Chrome, and Firefox with the most recent version and two previous versions, and 128–bit Encryption.– Solution will work with all browsers and devices supported by Salesforce.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for seven years.
