DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive visual media library assets services. This includes professional photography, videography, and aerial/drone services to refresh and expand the existing visual asset library with high-quality, modern imagery. The new collection will support a variety of organizational needs, such as communications, marketing, economic development, public engagement, and reporting.

Vendors should facilitate the replacement and growth of imagery to support websites, microsites, social media, organizational reports, presentations, collateral materials, media relations, capital projects, digital displays, stakeholder communications, and future initiatives. The desired assets include branding and storytelling materials focused on economic development, diverse user experiences, facilities and infrastructure, as well as experiential content featuring lifestyle shots, neighborhood activity, meetings, conventions, and events. Aerial and environmental visuals such as city skylines and convention center district views are also required, with deliverables optimized for web presentation.
