The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Picis Clinical Solutions, Inc. for upgrade and installation services pertaining to the existing Picis CIS and ARK solutions contract within VISN 12. The scope of work covers integration with Oracle Electronic Health Record (EHR) services for the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Iron Mountain VA Medical Center, William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, and Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center.
This procurement follows the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106–1 justification for single source awards. The agency has determined that no other vendor will satisfy its requirements. Firms that believe they can meet these requirements may submit written notification to the Contracting Officer by 12:00pm Local Time on March 2, 2026. Any responses will be evaluated, but the final determination regarding competition rests with the Government. If no responses are received, GLAC will proceed with a sole source negotiation with Picis Clinical Solutions, Inc.
