(1) Vendor needs to provide visitors screening improvement service to the government authority located in Olympia, WA. – Provide schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding, construction administration and project closeout. – Visitors Screening Improvement project is for the design and remodel / addition of the existing visitor screening area. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 22, 2025.
