DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide distribution and fulfillment services for the city's annual visitors guide. Responsibilities include receiving, securely storing, inventorying, and distributing approximately 100,000 copies to specified and targeted visitor-information locations throughout New Mexico and surrounding states.
The vendor will ensure consistent availability of the visitors guide at high-traffic visitor information centers, hotels, attractions, chambers of commerce, welcome centers, businesses, and other locations with brochure racks or comparable visitor-information displays. Guides must be safely unloaded, handled, and stored in a clean, dry, secure, and accessible facility, while being protected from moisture, damage, loss, theft, and deterioration.
The contract period will be ten years.
