(1) Vendor needs to provide visitor and package management solution– The Agency is soliciting bids to establish a contract for a Visitor and Package Management Solution. Specifications– Software solution must be a stand–alone system that functions without dependency on a specific computer internet browser. Contract item shall have an interactive dashboard to allow administrators access to register and sign out visitors and log packages manually. Software solution must be compatible with Microsoft or Apple operating systems. Solution must have an app with the ability to scan packages and register visitors via mobile device. Software solution will have at least 97% uptime 365 days per year, twenty–four hours per day. Software solution must be encrypted when in use or stored in a data warehouse. Software solution must be able to notify employees and visitors via text, email, and SMS. Software solution must have the ability to create watchlists and warning systems for unauthorized visitors. Software solution must allow for emergency notification of all employees and visitors housed in the system.
