(1) Vendor needs to provide visitor and package management solution.– Software solution must be a stand–alone system that functions without dependency on a specific computer internet browser– Software solution must be compatible with Microsoft or Apple operating systems– Solution must have an app with the ability to scan packages and register visitors via mobile device– Software solution will have at least 97% uptime 365 days per year, twenty–four hours per day.– Software solution must be able to notify employees and visitors via text, email, and SMS (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
