(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual student success platform.– A virtual platform that integrates academic support, mentorship, communication, curriculum resources, and data–driven engagement tools to improve retention, certification outcomes, and the overall success of teacher candidates, with the potential to offer more and expand to other programs on campus and to students enrolled.– Required Platform Features.– Discussion forums for academic, social, and program–based communication.– Academic Resource Hub.– Surveys and feedback tools to monitor student needs and platform usability. – AI, Automation, and Data Analytics Requirements.– Fully functional Virtual Student Success Center platform. – Develop prototypes and perform iterative testing. – Utilize a recognized project management methodology (e.g., Agile SDLC). – Natural language processing (NLP) for trending issues and student sentiment.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
