(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual schooling platform.– The virtual schooling platform shall serve multiple purposes. First, it shall provide an option for students and families looking to partner with a local school district recognizes that families may face unique circumstances that require an option beyond the typical brick–and–mortar classroom setting. – Compliance with Agency reporting and tracking, including attendance tracking, activity logs, Kansas Statute 72–3712 for funding audits - Ability for Kansas–licensed teachers to monitor, provide direct and explicit feedback, and provide supplemental and/or intervention support to students as needed - Integration with the district’s PowerSchool SIS - Google or Clever SSO capabilities (2) The contract period will be for one year.
