(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual reality–based training solution platform. – Virtual Reality (VR) training solution to enhance officer readiness, safety, and decision–making. – Ability to import specific CAD renderings and blueprints into system for VR representation of real–world buildings in VR environment. – System must support recording, replay, and performance analysis. – Eye–tracking capability for after–action review. – System documentation, manuals, and performance reporting tools. – VR training system hardware, software, and installation. – Intuitive user interface (UI) for both instructors and trainees – Role–based access control, secure authentication, encryption. – Regular software updates, defect corrections, and feature enhancements. – The solution will provide realistic, scenario–based training for commissioned personnel on topics including: – Defensive tactics. – Firearms and judgmental use–of–force scenarios. – De–escalation and crisis intervention. – Active threat response. – Patrol procedures and communication. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
