An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive virtual livestream production services. The scope includes complete end-to-end support, covering pre-production, live production, and post-production phases.

Pre-production responsibilities will involve technical planning, coordination of the run-of-show, platform setup and testing on common livestream platforms such as Zoom, StreamYard, Riverside, or Restream, and planning for graphic integration including lower thirds, title cards, and transitions. During the live production, the vendor will oversee live switching, show direction, audio mixing, monitoring, management of on-screen graphics and branding, as well as the integration of pre-recorded video assets.

For post-production, the vendor will deliver full recordings of the programs, edit clips for social media and digital distribution, provide captioning and accessibility support, and manage archiving and file storage.
