(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual livestream production services.– Provide end–to–end livestream production services, including but not limited to:– Pre–Production:– Technical planning and run–of–show coordination – Platform setup and testing (Zoom, StreamYard, Riverside, Restream, or similar)– Graphic integration planning (lower thirds, title cards, transitions)– Live Production:– Live switching and show direction – Audio mixing and monitoring – Management of on–screen graphics and branding elements – Integration of pre–recorded video assets– Post–Production:– Delivery of full program recordings – Editing of clips for social media and digital distribution – Captioning and accessibility support – Archiving and file management(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2026.
