Key requirements include the replacement of current virtual care technologies, robust service desk and end-user support, and the implementation of a clinical client relationship management (CRM) system for waitlist management, case management, and care coordination. Additionally, the platform must provide tools for efficient workflow management and generate data for system performance monitoring.
