(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual anatomy and cadaver dissection table system.– This system will enhance anatomy instruction, skill development, and interdisciplinary learning across nursing and allied health programs, supporting broader strategy to expand training capacity, strengthen simulation–based education, and improve student readiness for clinical practice.– The Virtual Anatomy/Cadaver Dissection Table system must have the following core functions that ensure the system is compatible and aligns with the expected outcomes of the programs:• Provides real–human (cadaver–scan or clinical imaging) volumetric data (not stylized 3D cartoon anatomy), minimum 4 diverse cadavers.• Table scaled to life size human cadaver, (minimum 80 inches) can orient horizontal/vertical.• Table on caster wheels for portability.• Supports multi–plane virtual dissection (sagittal, coronal, transverse) with layer–by–layer dissection and undo functionality.• Tissue isolation and filtering (skin, muscle, soft tissue, neurological, skeletal, etc).• Library of normal physiology and pathology preset cases (≥200 real patient cases) and ability to import imaging• High–resolution rendering.• Software must allow visualization of full–body anatomy, segmentation of all body systems, interactive 3D manipulation, support for clinical/radiological use.• Complies with Canadian electrical and safety standards (CSA or equivalent).• Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) compliant.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026.
