A Virginia-based agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive videography services for recording and transmitting high-definition audio and video of agency events, both on-campus and within the local community. The vendor will be responsible for producing final video content in 4k or higher resolution to support various uses including recruitment, alumni engagement, fundraising, athletics, and academic programs.

Services required include supplying one or multiple cameras and microphones, live video switching, integration of video graphics, slides or animations, and delivering content suitable for projection within venue video screens. The scope also includes encoding video content for live web streaming or distribution via platforms such as YouTube Live, Vimeo, and Zoom Webinar. The contractor is expected to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for efficient execution of the marketing and sales aspects of videography services. The contract will be for a period of one year.
