The selected vendor will provide comprehensive videography services that include capturing, editing, and delivering video content suited for multiple social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This includes resizing and optimizing videos, as well as generating specialized content such as boomerangs, Instagram stories, and animated gifs as needed. Video editing and animation services, soundtracks with rights-cleared or stock music, and the necessary audio, photo, and lighting support are also required.
Vendors must be able to travel to all client properties and deliver same-day content by recording, cutting, and editing on-site, utilizing mobile tools when necessary. The provider will handle all relevant releases for appearances, obtain permits when needed for on-location shoots, and supply the technical crew and equipment required to meet project requirements.
