The State of Washington is seeking a qualified videographer to provide comprehensive videography services focused on creating compelling short-form video content for social media platforms. Responsibilities include planning and capturing new footage that aligns with brand objectives, seasonal priorities, and ongoing marketing campaigns. The selected professional will coordinate filming schedules with internal staff and will be required to deliver approximately 16–24 short-form videos, each ranging from 15 to 45 seconds in length, using newly captured footage.

In addition to new content creation, the videographer will review and curate existing B-roll material, editing this footage into engaging short-form videos optimized for social media, with an expected delivery of 8–12 videos. All video content should include basic editing, color correction, audio balancing, and appropriate text overlays as needed. The final files must be clearly organized and labeled, such as by shoot date and location, to ensure efficient file management. The contract for these services will span one year.
