(1) Vendor needs to provide videography services.– Plan and capture new footage aligned with brand, seasonal priorities, and marketing campaigns, coordinating filming schedules with staff, and delivery of approximately 16–24 short form videos created from newly captured footage.– Short–form videos to be optimized for social media channels, expected length should be 15–45 seconds, and content should include basic editing, color correction, audio balancing, and light text overlays when appropriate.– Reviewing and curating existing B–roll, editing footage into engaging short form videos optimized for social media, and delivery of approximately 8–12 short–form videos from existing footage.– Files should be reasonably organized and labelled (e.g., by shoot date and location).(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
