(1) Vendor needs to provide videography services.1. Development of video projects, including but not limited to, theme, storyboarding, and concepts2. Filming interviews either at the Flores Street Central Office or at one the properties managed by Opportunity Home throughout San Antonio; filming b–roll of interviewees, apartments, programs, events, etc.3. Editing of the filmed material into high–quality videos including lower thirds, graphics, animations, sound, closed captioning, voiceover, etc.4. Supplying all equipment necessary for the successful completion of the assigned project(s)5. Pre–production meetings and coordination6. Graphic design work as required by the scope of the assigned project7. Coordination of showtimes8. Briefing and attendance at meetings, both external and internal which may include, but not be limited to, creation, post–production, editing meetings, etc.9. Providing the videos and photographs necessary to complete the job assignment and meet the deliverables requested10. Producing and providing time–lapse photography when requested11. Audio editing12. Providing score overlay13. Travel to–and–from filming sites14. Video project coordination with Opportunity Home’s Communications and Public Affairs Department(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 30, 2026.
