Opportunity Home in San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive videography services. The scope of work includes the development of video projects from conceptualization through final production, encompassing theme development, storyboarding, and creative direction. The vendor will be responsible for filming interviews at either the Flores Street Central Office or various properties managed by Opportunity Home across San Antonio, as well as capturing b-roll footage of interview subjects, apartments, programs, events, and other relevant content.

Post-production responsibilities include editing filmed material into high-quality videos with integrated graphics, animations, lower thirds, closed captioning, voiceover, and audio enhancements as needed. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, attend pre-production and production meetings, and coordinate closely with Opportunity Home’s Communications and Public Affairs Department to ensure deliverables meet expectations. Additional duties may include graphic design, time-lapse photography, score overlay, and travel to multiple filming locations within the city.
