(1) Vendor needs to provide videography and photography services.– Videographers and photographers to provide professional–quality media services.– The selected vendor will serve as an extension of the communications division, producing videos and photography of events, programs, services, and key community partnerships.– Vendor will cover three events or programs and services per month, each including photography and videography.– Committed to engaging residents and visitors through effective communication and outreach, highlighting community events, municipal services, and partnerships with local organizations.– Include economic development–focused media services.– Minimum 100–150 fully edited high–resolution photos per event.– Videos viewable and downloadable via a private online shared folder.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
