The engagement encompasses the production of high-end, cinematic long-form films, modular short-form video content, and extensive photography coverage for initiatives spanning capital development, secure access programs, parking, catchment areas, the 'Good Things Start Here' brand platform, and major 2026 events.

The successful partner will deliver end-to-end creative and production services across diverse projects, including ongoing creation and management of a robust asset library, always-on documentary and social content capture, and the development of versioned materials optimized for multiple channels and formats. The initiative emphasizes scalable, reusable production modules aligned with business, brand, and revenue objectives, and aims to maximize storytelling impact during a significant period of construction and organizational transformation. The contract period will be for one year.
