Companies are expected to utilize their own HD-quality cameras and professional editing software for all deliverables. Footage should be edited according to pre-approved scripts, resulting in professionally produced packages, reports, or PSAs. Additional requirements include voice-over recording and editing as guided, embedding subtitles when necessary, and ensuring audio balancing for use across TV, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

Appropriate branding and ownership credits must be included in all delivered videos, and the vendor must archive final outputs digitally, along with a detailed log of all raw footage.
