Vendor needs to provide videographer and video production services. A. Pre–Production: Creative consultation and concept development; scriptwriting, storyboarding, or interview planning; production scheduling and coordination with District staff. B. Production: On–location filming within the District service area; use of professional video, lighting, and audio equipment; direction of interviews and on–camera participants; compliance with District safety, security, and facility access requirements. C. Post–Production: Video editing and assembly; color correction and audio enhancement; titles, graphics, and captions; closed captioning in compliance with accessibility requirements (e.g., ADA); revisions (Consultant to specify number included); delivery of final videos in formats suitable for web and social media use.
