A District in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive videographer and video production services. The scope of work encompasses all phases of video production, including pre-production, on-site filming, and post-production support.

Pre-production services include creative consultation, concept development, scriptwriting, and storyboarding or interview planning, as well as production scheduling and coordination with District staff. Production will involve on-location filming within the District’s service area using professional-grade video, lighting, and audio equipment, direction of interviews and on-camera participants, and adherence to all District safety, security, and access protocols.
