Responsibilities involve transporting and setting up all necessary equipment for video production, AV presentations, visual aids, and live webcasting. The vendor will test all equipment and feeds—including Zoom webinar feeds for remote participation—to ensure smooth operation. Pre-meeting electronic presentations will be reviewed for potential issues to avoid any interruptions during events. The contractor must provide all technical support required for effective video and audio capture, encoding, and streaming, meeting minimum standard video resolution.
