(1) Vendor needs to provide videoconferencing and audio–video production services. Provide audio/visual (AV) support, audio and video production, live webcasting (live streaming via the Internet), and technical support for both in–person and virtual meetings; hosting of online audio and video records; and preparation of online and flash drive archive copies with closed–captioning. The Contractor shall provide transport and facilitate set–up of all equipment needed for video production, AV presentations, visual aids, and live webcasting. Contractor shall complete testing of all equipment, audio– and video– feeds, including Zoom webinar feeds for remote participation, and webcast links. Contractor shall make every effort to conduct business without interfering with the meeting or hearing. Contractor shall pre–review electronic presentations to identify and be prepared for any issues that may interfere with the timeliness and/or seamlessness of the presentation without delay or interruption to the meeting. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary technical support required to provide video and audio capture and live webcasting during the meeting. The Contractor shall provide the encoding and streaming required for minimum standard video resolution. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026.
