The city is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional video production services for a broadcast-quality State of the City video. The selected firm will be expected to help conceptualize, produce, and deliver a polished video that highlights the city’s accomplishments, ongoing initiatives, and vision for the future.
Scope of work includes creative concept development in collaboration with the city’s multimedia division, production planning and scheduling, script consultation, and production coordination. The project also requires pre-production support and full production execution, including directing and filming approved production elements, on-location production management, and conducting sound and lighting checks prior to the event.
Required production capabilities include professional cinematography, aerial videography, motion graphics, and special effects expertise such as visual effects (VFX) and computer-generated imagery (CGI). The vendor will also be responsible for creating a graphics package that may include department title cards, animated maps, and other motion graphic elements. Questions are due no later than August 13, 2026.
