The contracting authority seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive video production services. The scope includes all aspects of video creation such as labor, research, location scouting, ground and aerial videography, writing, editing, post-production, sound, motion graphics, animation or effects, and equipment packaging, as well as other related or incidental production tasks as required.

Vendors will be responsible for producing ongoing content, delivering high-quality footage and finished videos tailored to client needs. This contract is intended to ensure access to a wide-ranging suite of video production capabilities, from conceptual development through to final output.
