(1) Vendor needs to provide video production services. – Production Video Services for Business–to–business recruitment videos. – Full–Length Video – 1.5 – 2.5 minutes in length. – Optional Item – Short Teaser Video – 30–seconds in length. – Optional Item – Up to six drone video clips, each approximately 10 seconds in length and twelve high–quality still photos captured via drone. – The videos should include voice–over, if necessary, and royalty–free music. – Producing 2–3, 30–second teaser videos tailored to specific business sectors (this can re–use content from the full–length video). – Providing scriptwriting and conceptual development. – Coordinating filming locations, interview subjects and logistics. – Managing all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, graphics integration and post–production. – Delivering final videos in 4K UHD resolution with high–quality audio. – Allowing for at least two rounds of revisions before finalization. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026.
