A Missouri-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive video production services focused on business-to-business recruitment. The primary deliverables include the creation of full-length videos between 1.5 to 2.5 minutes, optional 30-second teaser videos, and up to six drone video clips of approximately 10 seconds each, along with twelve high-quality drone-captured still photographs. All videos should include voice-over and royalty-free music where appropriate.

The project scope covers scriptwriting, conceptual development, coordination of filming locations and interview subjects, as well as complete production management including filming, editing, graphics integration, and post-production. Vendors are required to provide content tailored to specific business sectors by producing 2–3 teaser videos, which may reuse segments from the full-length versions. Final deliverables must be provided in 4K UHD resolution with high-quality audio, with at least two rounds of revisions included prior to project completion.

The anticipated contract period is one year. Interested vendors are expected to have the capability to manage all logistical aspects of the video production process and must be able to submit any questions related to the project by February 3, 2026.
