A vendor is sought to provide professional video production services for the creation of 12 short-form videos designed for social media platforms. Each video should be 10 to 45 seconds in length, created in a vertical format, and crafted to engage viewers with an attention-grabbing introduction, informative content, and an optional call to action.

The videos will spotlight downtown Michigan businesses, showcase events and programming, and tell the story of why downtown is an exceptional destination for living, working, recreation, and investment. The project also includes continuing an existing "day in the life" video series for the area's social media accounts.
