Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of event production, such as vendor relations for lighting, audio, video, and staging, ensuring a professional event atmosphere. The vendor will capture event moments, audience reactions, and additional B-roll footage for future content needs, while also providing livestreaming and social media video support. Additional services required are professional lighting and audio setup, live technical support, speechwriting, stage design, venue setup, and conducting interviews with agency departments.

The role also entails integrating visual presentations and media, conducting pre-event planning and meetings with agency staff, and developing a detailed timeline for all production phases. On-site coordination, including rehearsals, sound and lighting checks, and comprehensive post-production video editing are essential. The vendor must be able to provide both raw and edited video footage, as well as offer drone videography capabilities for dynamic coverage.
