The selected vendor will provide video production and photography services on an as-needed basis, supporting the court's public communications and outreach efforts. Services will include creating informational videos for public audiences, such as explanations of court processes (e.g., jury service, guardianship, and conservatorship responsibilities), and producing public awareness or outreach videos related to court programs, services, or initiatives. Additionally, vendors will develop short-form video content for web or social media platforms.
Photography services are required for covering court events, taking professional portraits, supplying website content, and enhancing other public-facing communication materials. The scope also includes updating or revising existing video and photography content as necessary. Script development and creative planning will be an essential component, with scripts crafted in clear, accessible language suitable for viewers unfamiliar with the court system. Where applicable, vendors are expected to provide storyboards or visual outlines to convey the structure of deliverables.
During production, the approach must ensure consistency in tone and minimize dependence on on-screen individuals when appropriate. Deliverables should be designed for long-term relevance, avoiding elements that may quickly appear outdated. Post-production will involve editing footage and integrating narration, graphics, and visual elements as needed to achieve polished, professional results.
