(1) Vendor needs to provide video production and editing services. – Professional video production and editing services to support programme implementation, advocacy, fundraising, partnerships, special events, and engagement. – Video content is used across digital platforms, broadcast media, events, and internal and external communications. – Ensure timely access to high–quality, child–sensitive and brand–aligned video services, needs to establish a Long–Term Agreement (LTA) with qualified professional video production companies, to be engaged on an as–needed basis through individual assignments. – Assignment is to video document and edit high quality video content depicting the situation of children and families. – Film high–quality professional video and audio footage documenting supported programme activities, advocacy and fundraising initiatives, partnerships, events, conferences, meetings, and engagement. – Edit raw footage into final video products of varying lengths, adapted for communication, advocacy, and fundraising purposes. – Adapt approved videos for digital and social media dissemination, including platform–specific formats and short versions for online use. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
