Vendor needs to provide video production and audio–visual services. • Provide comprehensive video production services and audio–visual services. • Ability to conduct multi–camera shoots with broadcast quality 4K resolution cameras or better. • Ability to remove background noise in post–production. • Ability to professionally apply make–up for any on–camera talent. • Capability to shoot indoors and outdoors and the ability to switch between the two with short notice. • Ability to produce broadcast quality material that is cinematic. • Advanced ability to capture broadcast quality 4K drone footage in a cinematic manner and a prescriptive industrial/mapping manner. • Contain audio captured on location and in–studio, include professional voice–over talent, and utilize natural sound captured during video shoots.
