A Georgia-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive video creation services that showcase the impact of a five-year grant program running from 2021 to 2026. The primary deliverables include a 30–35-minute mini-documentary that artfully weaves together data and firsthand experiences to illustrate the outcomes and long-term effects of the grant. This documentary should feature strong storytelling, highlight participant journeys, and use compelling visual imagery to present data results clearly.

In addition to the documentary, the vendor will produce 11 promotional video clips, each 30–90 seconds in length. These clips, formatted vertically for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, should be engaging vignettes derived from the full documentary. Each vignette is expected to focus on a specific aspect of a participant's experience, exploring themes such as personal growth, community impact, and overcoming challenges.
